I have some questions about the Offline Export feature. I’m not a Panoee user yet, but I’d like to clarify these points since they are essential for my projects.
I’ve already tried contacting you through the website chat at least three times and several other times via Telegram support, but haven’t received any answers so far. I hope to get a response here soon.
Below are my questions, all related to the offline export:
1 - What is the price for exporting each tour?
2 - How long does it take to receive the exported tour after submitting the request? And if there are 5 different tours, is the timeframe the same?
3 - How does it work to run the offline file? Is any installer required?
4 - Are all the features included in the tour available in the offline version? For example, 360º spins, videos hosted on the platform itself, external links, hotspots, etc.?
5 - In the following example, there are several features — 360 spins, menus, and floor plans — all in a single tour:

In this case, how does the export work? If I had developed this tour, would I be able to export it exactly as it is, with all the menus and interactions between apartments, floor plans, and other resources, all for a single price since it’s one single file?
6 - I don’t have any examples to send you for reference because I’m not a Panoee user yet. I currently have a Business subscription on Kuula and share a 3Dvista license with a colleague, but I’m considering switching to Panoee since I’ve noticed you’ve made several updates to the platform and are giving it great attention. Besides that, the learning curve makes Panoee easier to use for any new collaborators I might hire in the future.
