I have been having issues with more than one (but not all) of my projects... When I try to edit them the main image of the panorama doesn't change when I click to change scenes. I notice that the settings appear to reflect the change, but the image does not.
I now note that on some projects I'm getting the yellow "loading of 'https://assets.panoee.com/###.webp' failed!" panorama error messages too.
I have also noticed that most of the flat (ie NOT panorama) jpg images I have added to at least one tour (close ups to make information more readable) have become unavailable... When clicked in the tour they show as "Image Not Found"... and in the media management section under "asset", whilst still being listed, they now show as broken links which when opened shows an error message:

Is this something to do with things being archived if not used as mentioned in other discussions??
I have tried both email and chat to communicate with Panoee support, but obviously they are busy... Have we found a way to self-restore these images?
