I created a complete virtual tour on Panoee and then uploaded it to GSV. However, the upload stopped midway and did not complete successfully. After waiting for a day, I checked and found that only 48 images were visible on GMB, and Panoee also showed only 48 images uploaded.
Later, I generated a copy of the project, and in the GSV option it showed the same number of images as the original project. However, after two days, all images were automatically removed from GMB.
Additionally, we have subscribed to the $22 plan, and it has only been 5 days since activation. Despite having almost the full month remaining, we are already facing these issues. We are also unable to connect with any support representative directly.
We have sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but have not received any response. Chat support has also not provided any solution so far.
