I've tried everything.
I contacted them via message through the platform, but never received a response.
I started a new thread about my problem in this group. After 10 days, they sent me an email telling me to wait 5 hours and see if it worked. I did, but it still didn't work.
They made some changes again, sent me another email to test it, and they managed to fix it.
Try opening an incognito window in your browser and see if it works.
I recommend starting a new thread and explaining the problem; they'll give you solutions.
